The Flow:
– woke up to an amazing sunrise to breakfast amd coffee with sarah, pepper, and the fam
– hiked black mountain with stelfox
– had some client calls while megan drove us to beardsley boulders where i met up with Jason and Alex to boulder for the first time out doors.
– got a good amount of coaching (programing) done waiting at the trail head
– went bouldering for the first time… it was awesome
– went grocery shopping
– came back to the bouldering TH to sleep for the night amd work the next day

Notes:
– im back to tracking my food and have found my routine back there
– am breathwork and journalling has been a miss since ive just been flowing. i feel like my whole day ive been meditating while also focusing on breathing before meals, during exercises, during my videos, and just in general.
– i’m goong to start getting in more spontaneous movement/training throughout the day. im obviously moving a lot but i feel like i need to get my HR up more, put the headphones in, and just move more with running, pulling, squatting, etc.
– ive been putting my daily to-do’s and intentions on the van white board now.
– sleep took a slight hit last week but this week has been WAY better and ive gotten a few nights of 10 hours. most nights around 8.

My focus right now is to stay in flow while also…
– move more, as mentioned above
– continue with sticking to macros
– keep getting a good amount of sleep

* I’ve been in a pretty intense flow this week which is why i havent journalled or stayed on top of my journalling. I’m completely alright with that since things are goong AMAZING and im having a blast. However, I still think it’s important to keep notes of what I’ve done since the days are all blurring together since I’m doing so much.

The Flow:
– hiked pinnacle peak with megan
– breakfast
– climbed with Michael G. & Kyle & Sara at pinnacle peak. got a couple crack climbs in and took a stab at a v tough 5.9 slab
– call with a client
– met up at sarah’s for her coaching session
– dinner at sara(‘s
– another call (late night) with a potential client
* someone tried to break into our van while we were sleeping in it in sarah’s drivway
