Testing

Ski 800 m + 50 burpee over box (24″ flip box) + 60 DL (175/135# -10 rep boxes) + 70 WB (20/14 – 10ft – one target)

Snatch – 155/115# x 13 + 90 DU’s

– all HSW were easily UB
– just had to sit and wait for those L-sit RC. Was close to failure on 3’s and 4’s. Started from seated.

14:15
Ski: about 2:00 avg/500m
Burpees: advanced every 10 reps. I think they were too slow here.
DL: advanced every 10 reps which I felt slowed me down. I would have done sets of 20 probably if I didn’t have to advance.
WB: easily unbroken

1:31
Snatches were unbroken. Haven’t TnG’d in awhile and it wasn’t as smooth as i would have liked. 13 reps were easy though.
DU’s were unbroken.

60 min hike with 20# weight vest at the Stairs at Swallow Cliff. Did 10 laps around.
