AM – Did this last year for comparison and build.
A) 3 RFT

15 dHSPU -4″ strict
16 DB snatch – 90#
rest 60 min

B) Clean and Jerk: every 90 sec x 3 attempts – MAX; rest exactly 10 min and move to C

1. 350- missed jerk
2. 340- just pulled it
3. 340- just pulled it

Hit 330 easily warming up.

C) For reps:
Row 500m
Amrap ring MU in rest of 3 min

15 MU

Row: 1:39
MU: 13 unbroken- failed 14th. Then 2 more, failed the 3rd one.
