workout 1: fran
thrusters- slower and steady. all unbroken
c2b- felt great. easily unbroken
AB- this is were I paced it. Kept a consistent 60 RPM.
workout 2: rope climbs
– DU and HSW (2×25′ increments) all unbroken
– this was rough on the shoulders.

axel bar HPS: 5’s- tough, the axel bar we have is pretty shady though, literally a pipe
