Emom 6 min – 2 reps @80% – PERFECT from blocks
Emom 6 min – 1 rep @85-90%

315 then 335. Did these right into the other.

B1) Close-Grip Bench Press: 3,2,2,1; rest 15 sec

225, 245, 265, 285
– Should have went heavier. 285 went up pretty quick. Just haven’t done these in awhile so wasn’t sure where I’d be.

B2) Muscle Up: 8-10 x 4; rest 2 min

EACH SET 10 UNBROKEN! BOOM! Pulls felt great. Had to fight for the dips.

C) 5 RFT:

9 strict HSPU -3″
6 bjo – 30″
3 LLRC

– Just a LLRC workout for me. The other stuff was just work which I over paced to help with the LLRC. They feel good. I just have to pace the hell out of them otherwise I fail a rep and then I’m done.
