A) Evetn 3/4 – Granite Games

149 DU

– First set of DU 100/100. Took 1:56.
– DB snatches starter at 2:10 and back at rope at 12:40. So a little under 10 per minute. I was also moving the DB forward every 10 reps.
– Second set of DU just struggled.
– Can’t wear oly shoes for this again. Feet were cramping up bad.

4:
4 + 1 RC

– Failed last rope climb with just over a minute left. Went out hot- sub 1:30 per round. LLRC got tough last 2 rounds.
