A) Swim 30-45 min EASY or EASY blood flow 45 min

Got on a true form runner for the first time. Played around with 400m pacing paired with small sets of gh sit ups and light/low rep deadlifts.

Also worked on strict mu’s.

A) RTW 45 min EASY

Not a planned rtw but I was stimming and moving all evening.
