Also did the FS before programming was changed.

B) Event 1 CF Regionals

– Failed the very last rep on the way up. This was at 10:05.
– All singles.
– Went through the motions here to feel it out. Plus my legs were definitely feeling it after all the squats beforehand.

C) Event 2 CF Regionals

2 rounds in about 13 minutes

– strict MU’s. fuck… Stopped because it was just killing my left elbow and scap. My Right arm I can’t seem to keep it in close. Going to need a ton of work on these.
