30 min easy AB, 10 min dynamic stretching, 10 min mobility

A) Open 13.5

174 reps (5 + 24)
– BOOM! C2B’s felt on point.
– All thrusters unbroken.
– First 3 rounds of c2b’s went 6/5/4. 4th round went 5/4/3/singles. 5th round went 5/4/4/2. 6th round went 6/3/time.
– Went out a little too hard. Settled in and then my C2B’s started recovering.
– Pretty confident I could get to that bonus round next time.
