A. BS @20X1; 5,5,5,5; rest 3-5 min – 80%
B. HSS – every 2 min – 1 rep – 225#, 10 sets
C. OHS @44X1; 2-3 x 5; rest 3-4 min

15 pull ups

A. All 365
– Tough.
B. Completed no problem.
C. 140, 165, 185, 205, 220
– These started out rough but then just kept getting easier.
14 + 15
– HSPU were all unbroken, quick, kipping. Felt easy throughout.
– Pistols got harder towards the end but all were quick and unbroken.
– All pull ups were unbroken. Definitely what slowed me down because I rested until I new I can do them unbroken. Never got the “blown up” feeling. Just normal shoulder/ pulling fatigue and sweat all over the bar. Interested to see what my score would be if I broke them up 8/7 from the get go.
– Ripped my palms on round 13. Not terrible though.
– Was under a minute per round until the 4th or 5th round.
