– Forearms were shot today. Sharp and piercing pain up and down the both of them when I would receive the bar. Got under 325 but couldn’t bare the pain in the front rack. Went to do 285 for the amrap and couldn’t even get one without severe pain in both forearms. Could also barely grip the bar to deadlift it up, that’s how bad it hurt. Skipped the row. Hurt to just put the weights away. Still throbbing tonight, especially my right forearm. Waiting to hear back from my PT for an appointment. Will ibuprofen up the next couple days.
