– Quads were burning. HSC to FS was by far the worst. Killed the legs for the Jerk dips.
B. 185, 205, 225, 240, 260, 275, 290 (miss)
– Got 275 up easily and then missed 290 so stopped.

– PS’s broken up into 4’s
– Legs felt better.

– Was doing 5 every 15 sec. until 2:15-2:30. (Total of 45.) Grip and core started to fatigue. Shoulders felt fine.
– After I couldn’t hold that pace I broke it up into mostly 4’s and 3’s.
– 50 reps were completed at the 3:00 mark.

Notes:
– Missed am session to go to the doc and get some extra recovery in for the quads. Used the compression boots on the legs and marc pro on the arms for about 35 min. Felt amazing after.
