15 burpee over bar

A. 325, 335, 345, 335, 345, 355
– felt tough but all went up easy, espcecially the 355 set which is 10# below my PR. feel as though I can hit 385.
B. 190, 195, 205, 215
– felt like it was all legs.
C. hspu- all UB- a lot easier than they used to be. didn’t struggle really at all on any of these.
KB OHS @ 53#- easy. never done these before. hip flexors felt it.
– all s2oh were UB @ a smooth consistent pace. most were all push presses. Picked up the pace for the last 5 or so on the second set.
– paced the first set of burpees and went all out for the second set.
